All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

3. Store Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Any destructive behavior in the store will result in immediate removal.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At Neomin, we strive to ensure you love every product you purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, bring it to our store in Asansol within 3 days of purchase with the original receipt.

2. Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. In case a product is defective and an exact replacement is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.

3. Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

• Opened blind boxes / collectibles
• Used stationery items
• Sale or discounted items
• Photobooth prints

1. Current Operations

Currently, Neomin operates primarily as a physical retail store in Asansol. All online interactions (via WhatsApp) are designated for Store Pickup or local Asansol delivery via third-party apps.

2. Future Shipping

We are actively working on implementing Pan-India shipping. Once our e-commerce platform is fully live, standard delivery timelines of 5-7 business days will apply.

3. Order Processing

Store pickup orders placed via WhatsApp are processed within 2-4 hours during standard business hours (10 AM - 9 PM).
